Terms of Service

1. Definitions
"Service" means the Signal Tracker application and website at https://www.signaltracker.live. "We", "us", and "our" mean Signal Tracker. "You" means the person or entity using the Service.
2. User eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and have a valid access code to register. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and only for its intended purpose of monitoring government-contract opportunities.
5. Prohibited activities
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or overloading the Service.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems.
- Sharing access codes or credentials with unauthorized parties.
- Using the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
6. Intellectual property rights
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding public government data), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
7. User content rights
You retain rights to information you submit (such as profile details). You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (for example, storing and displaying it back to you).
8. AI-generated content disclaimer
Parts of the Service may use automated systems to summarize or score public contract data. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided "as is" without warranty.
9. Automated processing disclaimer
The Service automatically filters and ranks public opportunities. These automated determinations are informational and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision.
10. Accuracy disclaimer
Contract data originates from third-party public sources (such as SAM.gov) and market data sources. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
11. No professional advice
The Service does not provide legal, financial, investment, procurement, or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions.
12. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
13. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (hosting, email delivery, public data sources). We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
16. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
18. Dispute resolution
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve disputes informally. Disputes not resolved informally will be handled in the courts of the State of Delaware, United States, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will revise the version and "Last updated" date above and, where required, ask you to re-accept.
